The Mona Foundation, Spain
For the Mona Foundation we undertook in-depth research to create a Trusts and Foundations programme. We delivered a rated prospect list with detailed application requirements and a targeted engagement plan, including bespoke Trust Tracker admin protocols. A Case for Support was developed for a new Sanctuary appeal, while we also led a training module for staff in Trusts and Foundations alongside Major Gifts fundraising.
SOS Sumatran Orangutan Society
SOS came to us seeking interim intervention with their fundraising direction. Specifically in need of lead guidance on Major Gifts, Karen stepped in as Interim Director of Fundraising. We managed a portfolio of new and existing donors, identifying new prospects, cultivating and soliciting major gifts from existing donors and stewarding donors on the programme. Karen Branagh Fundraising was responsible for developing this fundraising strategy, identifying new donor bases in Trusts and Foundations, IG (individual giving), digital markets and events.
ACTAsia, UK, US, Australia, Netherlands
Karen Branagh Fundraising took up a directional role in ACTAsia’s fundraising, primarily leading on Trusts and Foundations with a focus on research and application submissions. We took responsibility for all areas of fundraising, from policy to implementation, establishing a new supporter database, an IG Appeals programme and a new organisational strategy. The identification of fresh, international prospects in the US and China was integral to our work, establishing these at the heart of a new major gifts programme.
